We offer free returns on all our products. Items can be returned to us by mail or at a Daniel Wellington retail store within 30 days of receiving the order.

Items marked as 'Final Sale' are excluded from our normal return policy and will not be eligible to be returned or exchanged. Additionally, "gift-with-purchase" items cannot be exchanged and must be returned along with the other item(s) you are sending back to us.

Our timepieces are made according to the high-quality standards of Daniel Wellington. Nonetheless, your watch is covered by our limited, 24-month warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands.
